At FurTeeOn, every item is made just for you—so we keep things clear and fair when it comes to returns and refunds:

 

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any damage or a print issue, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. 

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering.

 

💳 Refunds

Refunds for approved issues will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


🚚 Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment or alternative solution. Make sure your shipping info is correct when checking out.


🎨 Design Placement

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

At FurTeeOn, we understand that sometimes plans change—and we do our best to help when you do.


🕒 Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't entered production. We start preparing your custom item shortly after the order is placed, so there’s a small window to make changes.


If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to catch it before production begins.


⏳ When Cancellations Are Not Possible

Once an item has entered production, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. Each product is custom-made, and production starts quickly to ensure fast delivery.


💳 Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is received before production starts, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
